Bomb Blasts Rock Ingushetia Capital


25 August 2005 (RFE/RL) -- Two powerful explosions today ripped through Nazran, in Russia's southern republic of Ingushetia.

News agencies are quoting security and Emergency Situations Ministry sources as saying the republic's premier, Ibragim Malsagov, was seriously wounded.

News agencies say that Malsagov's bodyguards and an unclear number of passers-by were also wounded in the explosions.
