Fourth Suspect Arrested In Moscow Blast


TV grab of the destruction at Cherkizovsky market in Moscow on August 21 (TV screen shot) September 6, 2006 -- Russian authorities have detained a fourth suspect on murder charges for a bombing that killed 11 people at a Moscow goods bazaar.

Moscow prosecutor's office spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko said the
suspect, a 25-year-old Moscow man, was detained on a charge of murder
motivated by ethnic hatred in connection with the August 21 blast.



Three other men, all university students, had previously been arrested
on the same charges in connection witrh the attack, which authorities
believe targeted dark-skinned foreigners.


The victims included five citizens of Tajikistan, two from neighboring Uzbekistan, two Russians, and one Belarusian.
