EU, Montenegro To Start Talks This Month

EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn said the general elections held in Montenegro on September 10 were conducted in accordance with international standards. He also urged Montenegro to continue reforms.


The EU is handling pre-membership talks with Montenegro separately from Serbia, after the two countries separated four months ago.
