Moscow, 7 February 1997 (RFE/RL) - U.S. officials in Washington said today that a summit between President Bill Clinton and Russian President Boris Yeltsin will be held in Helsinki, Finland, in March.
The exact date of the summit was not disclosed. The meeting had been originally planned in the United States. Among topics expected to be discussed are NATO's plan to expand eastward.
