Dushanbe, 5 August 2003 (RFE/RL) -- Authorities in Tajikistan say they have arrested more than 30 suspected drug dealers in the past three days and seized 22 kilograms of drugs, including 19 kilograms of heroin. Tajik Interior Ministry spokesman Khudoinazar Asoev was quoted by the ITAR-TASS news agency as saying that 13 of the drug-dealing suspects were detained in the northern Sogdiisk region.
