Another Hazing Video In Azerbaijan

Two weeks ago, a video emerged in Azerbaijan showing the shocking treatment of Interior Ministry troops by their officers. The video, which originally appeared on YouTube, sparked a good deal of discussion on our Azerbaijani Service's call-in programs.

Airing the story also pushed the authorities, who originally claimed the incident was staged, to admit it was real. Two officers, Vugar Agayev and Eldaniz Rahimov, were subsequently arrested for their role in the beatings.

Now, another hazing video has emerged, on YouTube again, which appears to take place in a military hospital. This time around, the authorities haven't denied the case, but have said they are "investigating the incident."
