Presidential Envoy to the Volga Federal District Sergei Kirienko and his deputy Valentin Stepankov on 24 May visited Kazan to take part in a meeting of the FSB board in Tatarstan. The session focused on counterintelligence and security matters, tatnews.ru reported.
