G-20 Says Countries Must Rebalance Growth

A two-day meeting of finance ministers from the world's 20 most industrialized countries has ended with a call for nations to rebalance their growth with more domestic demand as a way to strengthen the global economic recovery.

The meeting of G-20 financial officials in Busan, South Korea, also called for more support for poor countries by global financial institutions.

The meeting came in preparation for the G-20 summit to be held in Toronto, Canada, later this month.
