Deadly Explosions Rock Daghestan

Two explosions struck Makhachkala, the capital of the Russian region of Daghestan, late on May 3, killing at least 13 people and wounding some 30 others. Officials said the first blast occurred when police stopped a vehicle for inspection; the second took place when additional police and emergency vehicles arrived. (Reuters video)
