British Judge Names Putin In Litvinenko Killing

A British inquiry concluded that there is a "strong probability" that the poisoning of Aleskandr Litvinenko was carried out by Russian agents acting under orders from Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB). Judge Robert Owen said that Vladimir Putin "probably" approved Litvinenko's killing, carried out in London in 2006. (Reuters)
