Moscow Authorities Lock Down Amnesty International Offices

The Moscow offices of human rights watchdog Amnesty International have been sealed off by Russian authorities. The head of the organization in Russia told RFE/RL that his colleagues arrived on November 2 to find the locks changed after being forced open overnight. (RFE/RL's Russian Service)
