An Awkward Glass Of Champagne




After failing to achieve a breakthrough in setting a time frame for the return of Turkmen gas flows to Russia, Medvedev and Turkmen President Berdymukhammedov didn't have much to celebrate.

But regardless, this looks like a pretty awkward toast.

Or maybe Medvedev, by not drinking, was setting an example, in light of Russia's latest anti-alcohol drive.
