Pakistan: U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits Islamabad.

TUESDAY, July 20:

Afghanistan: International Afghanistan conference starts in Kabul.

Iran: Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki attends Kabul international conference.

Russia: Russian President Dmitry Medvedev visits Finland, meets Finland's President Tarja Halonen (to July 21).
