Georgian Protest Against Alleged Inmate Abuse Grows

Students from the Tbilisi State University joined a swelling demonstration against prison abuse in the capital, Tbilisi, on September 19 after watching news bulletins from two pro-opposition TV channels in which videos were aired that purportedly show the torture, abuse, and rape of prisoners.
