U.S. President Donald Trump says his first budget will focus on "public safety and national security," with a planned increase of $54 billion in defense spending and corresponding cuts to domestic programs and foreign aid. Speaking to a meeting of the National Governors Association on February 27, Trump said the government will have to "do more with less." (AP)
