Kazakh Journalist Found Dead With Stab Wounds In Almaty


A female journalist in Kazakhstan was found dead with stab wounds in the country's largest city Almaty.

Almaty police officials say that Ilona Ekshembeeva, 40, was found dead in her home on March 12.

No more information is available.

Ekshembeeva in different years worked for Almaty-based Liter newspaper, Kult.kz online magazine and at the press service of Almaty City Police Department.
