NATO Chief Says Russia Violating Ukraine Cease-Fire

NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said Russia was violating the cease-fire in Ukraine and not respecting agreements reached in Minsk, Belarus, to defuse the conflict. Speaking at NATO headquarters in Brussels on December 2, he called on Russia to stop supplying tanks and forces to separatists in eastern Ukraine. Russia has repeatedly denied doing so. (Reuters)
