Nobel Peace Prize Goes To Tunisian Quartet

The Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to the Tunisian National Dialogue Quartet, a pro-democracy group formed by non-governmental organizations, for its crucial role in preserving democracy in Tunisia. Announcing the prize, Kaci Kullmann Five, the chair of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, said the Quartet was "instrumental" in pulling Tunisia back from the brink of civil war. (Reuters)
