Former Lithuanian President Rolandas Paksas says that when you're the leader of a tiny country, it's best to get along with those around you. He made the statement in an interview with RFE/RL's Anna Sous. She spoke to 12 former post-Soviet leaders for her interview series, "Russia & Me."
