Russian Plaques Mark Final Homes Of Stalin's Victims

Russian activists added Yekaterinburg to the list of cities honoring the memory of political prisoners killed during the rule of Soviet dictator Josef Stalin. On August 10, they installed memorial plaques on the house where Polish-born Andrei Zbykowski and his wife Natalia Mukhina were arrested in 1937. (RFE/RL's Russian Service)
