Storm In Northwest Pakistan Leaves Many Dead, Injured
A severe storm in northwestern Pakistan has killed at least 45 people and injured more than 200. The April 26 storm brought hail and strong winds that destroyed buildings, uprooted trees, and felled electric power poles in the city of Peshawar and adjacent districts. Victims injured by collapsing buildings were rushed to hospitals in Peshawar for treatment. (RFE/RL's Radio Mashaal)
