Several Dead In Latest Violence In Luhansk

Officials in the eastern Ukrainian city of Luhansk say that at least three people were killed in shelling on July 13. One of the victims was a female guard at a school that was badly damaged in the strikes, while residents of apartment blocks said one of their neighbors was killed by shrapnel.
