Video Threatens Tajikistan's 'Unbelievers'

The terrorist group Jamaat Ansarullah has released a video claiming members of the extremist organization are in Tajikistan and calling on the people of that country to kill "unbelievers."

A bearded man in Afghan garb appears in the video claiming he and his armed group are inside Tajikistan. He calls for carrying out terrorist attacks on all unbelievers and killing them.

The man, who never gives a name, says unbelievers are "even those who pray and observe fasting but are supporters of democracy and a secular lifestyle."

Jamaat Ansarullah became known in Tajikistan after the group claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing in the northern Tajik city of Khujand at the start of September 2010.

The video was posted on YouTube on September 7, but Tajik media only reported on it today.
