UPDATE ON RFP REVIEW AND SELECTION OF FREEDOM MONUMENT

The response to our RFP for the Freedom Monument has been overwhelming and is greatly appreciated by RFE/RL.

We are extending the orginal, estimated timeline for selecting the artist, as we currently finalizing jury members of the panel that will be reviewing proposals.The panel will be comprised of world-renowned art critics and experts in the field.

When we have further information on our timeline, we will announce it on the RFE/RL website. And, we expect to publicize the winner of the commission through the Czech Press and international media.
