Georgian Deputy Education MInister Koka Seperteladze adopted a bizarre approach to a recent interview on state television.

Georgian's deputy education minister went to great lengths recently to ensure that his efforts to defend the government's controversial dismissal of Maia Miminoshvili as the director of the country's teacher examination center. Koka Seperteladze was so determined to stay on message in a TV interview on May 29 that he made the same statement five times, regardless of the question he was asked. A YouTube video of the Kafkaesque exchange has since gone viral in Georgia. More
