6 February 2006 -- Iran has cut all trade ties with Denmark because of the publication of satirical cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.
The Iranian student news agency ISNA quotes Iranian Commerce Minister Massoud Mirkazemi as saying trade links with Denmark have been severed.
He said that from 7 February, Iran will prevent all Danish goods from entering its customs areas.
Iran imports $280 million worth of goods from Denmark a year.
