Moldova Ready To Sign WTO Deal With Russia

November 29, 2006 -- Economy Minister Igor Dodon said his country is ready to sign by the end of the year a bilateral deal with Moscow that would pave the way for Russia to join the World Trade Organization.

Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin today confirmed reports that Russia has agreed to lift its ban on Moldovan wines and food products.
