MONDAY, November 26:

Armenia/Lebanon: Armenian President Serzh Sarksian visits Beirut (to November 28).

Azerbaijan/OSCE: Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku.

Azerbaijan/CoE: Corapporteur of the Monitoring Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Pedro Agramunt visits Baku (to November 28).

Georgia: EU High Representative Catherine Ashton visits Tbilisi.

World: Doha hosts the 18th United Nations climate change conference (to December 7).

Bosnia-Herzegovina: EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fuele visits Sarajevo.

Kyrgyzstan: EU High Representative Catherine Ashton travels to Bishkek for the EU-Central Asia Ministerial Meeting and bilateral visit.

Macedonia: European Policy Center in Brussels hosts a discussion titled "The European future of the Balkans - Moving forward on the Macedonian case?"

Russia/France: Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev visits Paris, meets with French President Francois Hollande.
