Armenia/Georgia: Armenian Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandian visits Tbilisi (to February 13).

Iran/Russia: Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi visits Moscow to attend the 10th Iran-Russia joint economic commission meeting.

Pakistan: Islamabad hosts a conference of the Parliamentary Assembly of Economic Cooperation Organization (to February 13).

Russia/Algeria: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visits Algeria for a meeting with the country’s leaders.

Russia/Finland: Finnish President Sauli Niinisto visits Moscow, meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev (to February 13).

Russia/Tajikistan: Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov visits Dushanbe (to February 13).

Tajikistan/EU: EU Representative for Central Asia Patricia Flor visits Dushanbe (to February 12).

Tajikistan/UNESCO: Tajik Foreign Minister Hamrokhon Zarifi visits Paris to attend a meeting to kick-start the International Year of Water Cooperation.

U.S./Azerbaijan: The Kennan Institute of the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington hosts a discussion on Azerbaijan.

TUESDAY, February 12:

Belarus/Georgia: Belarusian Foreign Minister Andrey Savinykh is scheduled to attend an informal Eastern Partnership meeting in Tbilisi.

EU/Georgia: Tbilisi hosts an informal meeting of the ministers of transport and foreign affairs of Eastern Partnership members.

EU/Georgia: EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fuele visits Tbilisi, meets with Georgian leaders (to February 13).

Ukraine/Turkmenistan: Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych pays an official visit to Turkmenistan (to February 14).

U.S./Afghanistan: A group of youngsters from the Afghanistan National Institute of Music performs at Carnegie Hall in New York.

U.S./Russia: Acting U.S. Undersecretary for Arms Control and International Security Rose Gottemoeller visits Moscow (to February 15).

WEDNESDAY, February 13:

Iran/IAEA: Tehran is scheduled to host next round of talks between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) over the country’s nuclear energy program.

Russia: 140th anniversary of the birth of Russian opera singer Fyodor Chaliapin.

UNESCO: World Radio Day 2013.

U.S./Pakistan: The Atlantic Council in Washington hosts a discussion titled "U.S.-Pakistan Relations: Lessons from the Past, Looking to the Future."

U.S./Russia: Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies hosts a discussion titled "How Will Obama Deal With Russia and Eastern Europe in His Second Term?"

U.S./Turkey/Russia: The Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington hosts a discussion titled "Turkish-Russian Spheres of Cooperation and Conflict: Syria, the Caucasus, Iran, and NATO."

THURSDAY, February 14:

Georgia/Turkey: Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili is scheduled to visit Turkey.

EU/Ukraine: EU Commissioner Maria Damanaki visits Kyiv, meets with Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov and Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara.
