TEHRAN (Reuters) -- Iran's foreign minister has handed over a package of proposals to representatives of world powers.
"The package of proposals was formally submitted by [Foreign Minister Manuchehr] Mottaki," Iran's English languge Press TV said in a breaking news headline.
The package addressed "various global issues", it added.
