Two Pakistani Police Among Five Killed In Balochistan Blasts

TEXT SIZE - +
Pakistani officials say five people have been killed in two separate bombings in Pakistan's southern province of Balochistan.

The police chief of the city of Quetta, Hamid Shakil, told RFE/RL's Mashaal Radio that three people, including two policemen, were killed and 10 others were injured in a suicide attack targeting a police car.

A separate explosion in the Baloch city of Hab killed two more people.

No individual or group has so far claimed responsibility for the blasts.

Baloch nationalist groups have been fighting the Pakistani government over the division of the natural resources in the province.
