April 14, 2006 -- Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbaev today said that government officials should spend less time in "idlesness" and "attending festivites and feasts," and more of their free time educating themselves, and developing their minds and skills.
Nazarbaev said Kazakhstan should follow legislation in Kyrgyzstan that seeks to end laziness in the public sector.
