Moscow Says Hizballah Should Be Part Of Lebanon Accord

July 28, 2006 -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is quoted as saying that any agreements aimed at resolving the Israel-Lebanon conflict should be coordinated with all key forces in Lebanon, including Hizballah.

According to the RIA Novosti news agency, Lavrov noted that Hizballah is represented in the parliament and government of Lebanon.
