Media Group Condemns Arrests Of Iranian Student Editors

The university has been the site of frequent protests, like this one in December against a visit by President Mahmud Ahmadinejad (Fars)
The arrests earlier this month followed the publication of newsletters carrying articles deemed insulting to Islam.
The students say they have no involvement in the publications, calling them a fraud designed to disrupt student elections.
