Kyrgyz Official Criticizes Independent Media

May 22, 2007 -- Kyrgyzstan's State Secretary Adakhan Madumarov today
criticized some independent media for aggravating tense
political situations in the country by always placing blame on the
authorities.

 Speaking at a media forum in Bishkek, Madumarov said he was concerned about the information some independent media spread and asked who was controlling these outlets.
