May 30, 2007 -- The key suspect in the murder of former Russian security officer Aleksandr Litvinenko is due to give a news conference May 31 in Moscow.
British prosecutors this month charged Andrei Lugovoi, a former Russian security agent turned businessman, with the murder.
He has promised to reveal sensational details about the case.
Lugovoi met with Litvinenko in London on November 1, 2006, the day he fell ill.
Litvinenko died three weeks later from radioactive poisoning in a London hospital.
