Iran To Continue Gasoline Rationing

Dozens of gas stations in Tehran and other cities were destroyed in rioting on June 26-27 (AFP)
the wake of protests and rioting that rationing of gasoline will
continue.
Hamaneh told Iran's Mehr new agency that the decision on rationing "has been approved by parliament and therefore the government is determined to implement it."
The announcement of the new limits came hours before the scheme was implemented at midnight on June 26, prompting long lines and the
torching of at least five gas stations.
