BAKU -- Azerbaijani authorities have launched a probe into a fire that killed at least two people and severely injured another two at a plant in the city of Sumqayit, some 30 kilometers north of Baku.
One worker is reported missing.
At least two explosions hit the Household Products plant early on September 17.
Rescue teams and helicopters managed to extinguish the blaze on the morning of September 18.
Investigators have tentatively blamed violations of safety rules during welding operations for the accident.
