Armenia: A NATO week events take place in the framework of the Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) in Armenia (to November 8).

Azerbaijan: Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muiznieks and OSCE Representative for Media Freedom Dunja Mijatovic visit Baku.

Balkans: Tirana hosts the EU-Western Balkans ministerial meeting (to November 6).

EU/Ukraine: European Policy Center hosts a discussion titled "Ukraine’s parliamentary elections and EU-Ukraine relations, where to next?" in Brussels.

NATO: Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen holds his monthly press conference in Brussels.

Russia/Jordan: Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov visits Amman, meets with King Abdullah II (to November 6).

Turkmenistan: Caspian Environmental Forum (to November 6).

TUESDAY, November 6:

EU/Azerbaijan: Next round of talks on visa regulations starts in Baku (to November 7).

UN: International Day for Preventing the Exploitation of the Environment in War and Armed Conflict.

Ukraine: European Parliament monitoring mission to Ukraine, headed by former Presidents Aleksander Kwasniewski and Pat Cox, visits Kyiv (to November 7).

U.S.: Presidential election.


WEDNESDAY, November 7:

Central Asia: Chatham House hosts a discussion in London titled "Politics and Contested Transformations in Central Asia."

EU/Belarus: European Parliament President Martin Schulz meets with the wives of Belarusian political prisoners Ales Byalyatski and Mikola Statkevich in Brussels.

Russia: The Moscow City Court considers a motion to release Russian opposition figure Leonid Razvozzhayev.
