Russia: Chatham House hosts in London a discussion titled "Russia's Policy Towards the Middle East."


TUESDAY, November 20:

Georgia/NATO: Brussels hosts a meeting of the NATO-Georgia Commission.

Iran: The Foreign Policy Center hosts an event to launch and discuss the key findings of Small Media's new report "Satellite Jamming in Iran: A War Over Airwaves."

Russia/China: Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu travels to Beijing (to November 21).

UN: Universal Children's Day.

THURSDAY, November 22:

FRIDAY, November 23:

Azerbaijan: Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliev meets with EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Stefan Fule in Brussels.

Georgia: Giorgoba, St. George Day.

Russia: The sixth anniversary of the death of Aleksandr Litvinenko, a former Russian security service officer turned Kremlin critic.
