Czech Republic: U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visits Prague.

Moldova/Poland: Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski visits Chisinau.

Pakistan/EU/NATO: Pakistani Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar visits NATO headquarters and the European Parliament in Brussels.

Russia/Turkey: Russian President Vladimir Putin visits Istanbul.

Kyrgyzstan: Bishkek hosts the 11th prime ministers' meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (to December 5).

Kyrgyzstan/China: Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao visits Bishkek (to December 5).

Moldova/EU: Molodvan Parliament Speaker Marian Lupu is scheduled to visit Brussels (to December 5).

NATO: NATO foreign ministerial meetings open in Brussels (to December 5).
