RFE Coverage Of Elections And Protests In Belarus Cited In Int'l Media

Last weekend, Belarus held presidential elections which saw strongman ruler Alyksandr Lukashenka returned to power with nearly 80% of the vote. RFE's Belarus Service, Radio Svaboda, provided comprehensive coverage of the elections and the mass protests that followed with a live blog, videos, and photos of the protests and the violent crackdown that followed.
