Russia, Belarus Sign $10 Billion Deal On Nuclear Power Station

The project is slated for construction outside the northwestern town of Astravets, near Belarus's border with Lithuania.

President Alyaksandr Lukashenka and visiting Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev have signed a general agreement on construction of a nuclear power station in Belarus.

The project, in the northwestern town of Astravets near the Lithuanian border, should be built according to Russian construction plans using a $10 billion from Moscow.

There have been plans to build a nuclear plant in Belarus since the 1980s, during Soviet times, but the project was derailed in the aftermath of the 1986 Chornobyl disaster in neighboring Ukraine.

The project has faced opposition from nearby Lithuania and environmentalist groups in Belarus.

Is it a bonus from new expanding Russia to a new subject?
Is it a bonus for suplimenting supression of freedom of speech,
Speciually when Russia invaded Georgia in 2008
And they tried to silence my computers?

Than they avenged me for stoping further conquest of Georgia
by conterminating me with Russian bacteriologic warfare,
using Belorussian team, smaller North Osetin team
and some others?

They continually poisoningh and killing me
and my mother, finally they killed her with CIA help!
They probably danceling on Bundershaft and singing:

"Belorus, Nemetc i Rusak,
Druzhno plyashut Zhmutiyak
Na mogile ubitoy imi materi
Otravlennogo imi Gruzina."

Otherwise, If Belorussian people are not part of it,
It might help their energetic, unless Russia would eat
them even more, they always do - it is the main reason
they corrupt them - like the devil, Russia made them kill
son of God and Holly Merry, to get soul of Belorussia
into Russian hell and eat them.
Did they?
And unless they wouldn't just plagiarize again what I wrote
about Japanese tragedy with respect to safety -
to create another Chernobyl instead...
