MOSCOW -- Serbia says it will extradite a Russian citizen wanted for his alleged involvement in several high-profile murders.
Russia's Interior Ministry says Ilya Goryachev will be handed to Russian authorities on November 8.
Goryachev, 31, was arrested in Serbia at the request of Russian authorities earlier this year.
He has been charged in absentia with involvement in the murders of Moscow City Court judge Eduard Chuvashov in April 2010 and lawyer Stanislav Markelov in January 2009.
Goryachev is also suspected in the killings of three antifascist activists and four Russian citizens from the Caucasus, including boxing champion Muslim Abdullaev.
Investigators say Goryachev is also suspected in two attempted murders and of possessing and distributing illegal weapons.
