Explosion In Grozny, Casualties Reported

An apparent bombing attack has hit a military vehicle in the capital of the Russian North Caucasus republic of Chechnya, Grozny.

The explosion took place in the city's Oktyabr district.

Casualties were reported.

Preliminary reports suggest that the bomb was detonated by two suicide bombers.

It was reported earlier that at least four people were killed in the attack.

The exact number of injured is not clear.

Officials say there are civilians among the wounded.

An investigation is under way.
