Iraqi security and medical officials say several car bomb attacks have killed at least 14 people across the country.
In the deadliest of the attacks, which occurred on November 14, at least five people were killed when several car bombs went off simultaneously in Kirkuk.
The city is the capital of the ethnically-mixed, oil-rich Kirkuk province.
Another car bomb blast hit Hawijah, also in Kirkuk province, killing four soldiers.
The province is home to a mix of Arabs, Kurds, and Turkomen who all push for control.
