RFE/RL seeks an IT Intern for its Information Technology Department. We are offering amazing possibility to gain experience with our Computer Replacement Project. The start should be in January/February 2017. This internship will provide an opportunity to gain valuable knowledge in several areas of current end-user technologies and skills, including configuring and installing desktops and laptops running Windows 10, using configuration management database and supporting users in an international environment.
If you have:
- Strong communication and organization skills and close attention to the details.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Stress resistance.
- Solid troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding customer needs in a helpful way.
- Good knowledge of Windows 7 and/or Windows 10 operating system.
- Good knowledge of MS Office 2013 and/or MS Office 2016.
- Good knowledge of desktop and laptop computers configuration and installation.
- English – full professional proficiency (mandatory);
- Czech - full professional proficiency (mandatory);
- + Any other broadcasting language is a plus.
