In the remote village of Khinalug in northern Azerbaijan, some 2,000 residents form a distinct ethnic group with their own language. The Khinalug herders, who recently returned to their mountain homes from the grazing land where they spent the winter, told RFE/RL photographer Abbas Atilay about the journey.
