International organizations create the Taliban first and then fight against them. Non-sense. When they come to Afghanistan, they support not minorities over there, but Islamists.

The roots of Taliban lies in the forced deculturation of Pashtuns (due to Pakistani occupation of Pashtun territories), a combination of generous financial assistance from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, US and the West which is manifested in the form of ISI sponsored Taliban network and religion based militancy in Pakhtunkhwa and Afghanistan.
