The RFE/RL Georgian Service is looking for a highly-experienced Executive Producer with strategic thinking abilities to expand daily video production and the service’s digital footprint. The Executive Producer is responsible for all video production and related editorial content to ensure production quality is industry standard. Working in Tbilisi, Georgia, the Executive Producer is a team leader, supervising the content creators who gather video, text and other elements for a 30-minute daily studio webcast. Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in video broadcast journalism.
  • 5 years of studio control room experience as a program producer.
  • History of successful handling of progressively challenging assignments.
  • Substantial editorial experience in international media.

Languages

  • Candidates must speak Georgian fluently as a first language.
  • Conversational proficiency in English and Russian is strongly desired.
